I messaged asking if I can change the color of my boys names to blue but leave my daughters name pink. They were quick to respond and even sent me an example of the thread color without me asking them to! Love love love!!! I am plus size and this was the only sweatshirt like this I could find! I got a 2xl and there's a lot of room, I was nervous it ran small but it's very true to size! I even asked for some customization and she was able to nail it with a paw print and heart!! I'm so unbelievably impressed!! The quality is really good too and very soft on the inside!
